Add a customer profile to a cart
Shopify POS saves a customer's details so that when a customer makes another purchase, you can quickly associate them with the order.
Steps:
From the Shopify POS app, tap Add customer.
In the search bar, enter the customer's name or email and then tap their name in the search results.
You can delete a customer's details from the order by tapping Remove customer.
Searching for a customer profile
You can search for customers in two ways: from the Add Customer screen, and using the global search bar.
Search from the Add Customer screen:
From the Shopify POS app, tap Add customer.
In the search bar, enter the customer's name or email.
In the search results, tap the customer's name.
Search from the global search bar:
